Case study: Big Flavour Marketing

Scott Mullins, Chris Terry, Craig Burns and Stephen Brown wanted to launch their new, specialist agency, Big Flavour Marketing, with a bang.

Big Flavour wanted to target hoteliers, food and drink brands and restaurateurs across Scotland, and let them know Big Flavour was open for business.

McDaid PR came up with a two-day PR plan that put Big Flavour in front of its target audience. A photo shoot was commissioned with one of Edinburgh’s top photographers, and a brief was developed to spice up the business story. The result was a selection of eye-catching images that captured the imagination and attention of key journalists and influencers.

McDaid PR’s strategy delivered coverage in industry publications such as The Dram and Scotland Food and Drink, plus the Press and Journal, SBNN.co.uk, Scotland B2B and BQ Magazine.
